| Widdershins is a diverse farmstead located in Central Maine, approximately 2 hours north of Portland, ME, 45 minutes northwest of Bangor, ME and 4.5 hours north of Boston. We strive to provide quality breeding stock, and grassfed beef & lamb to people interested in eating and living better. We feel it is important to live in as thrifty and self reliant a way as possible, and practice sustainable agriculture, keeping our impact on the land minimal. The Vizslas are our house and hunting companions, and we provide our Devon cattle, Katahdin sheep, and Nigerian Dwarf goats with comfortable, natural and humane enviroments. A fine disposition, correct type and the ability to do the job they were designed for is foremost in our minds when breeding our animals. We occasionally have promising Vizsla puppies, Nigerian Dwarf kids, and Devon cattle for sale, as well as grass-fed beef and Katahdin sheep & lambs. |
